  2. Enter your account number
  3. Press # key
  4. Enter the last 4 digits of your social security #
  5. Press # key
  6. Enter a new 4-digit password
  7. Press the # key
  8. Re-enter your new password for verification
  9. Your password has been changed

Once you have signed up for the Telephone Teller, accessing your account is easy:

  2. Enter your account number
  3. Press # key
  4. Enter your 4-digit password
  5. Press the # key
