Q: Do I have to be a member to apply for a credit card?
A: Yes, you do. It’s easy and simple. When you apply for a credit card, we will process your membership at the same time. So, you do not have to complete each process separately.

Q: What should I do if I decide to transfer the balance from my other high-interest-rate credit card?
A: It’s simple and easy. Call one of our friendly loan officers at 800-452-6021, and we will take care of it for you. There is absolutely no hassle.

Q: How do I make payments?
A: Make payments in our lobby, by mail, convenient night-drop, or make automatic deposits through payroll deduction.

Q: How do I check my balance?
A: Use the free Internet Banking, call the free Telephone Teller at 800-808-5802, or call a friendly member representative at 800-452-6021.

Q: What should I do if I lost my card?
A: During normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 8a -5p PST), please call 800-452-6021. For after business hours assistance, call 800-Visa-911 (800-8418-911). A “live” customer service representative is available to help you. If you are travelling overseas, please dial collect 1-410-581-9994.
